Per journalist Matheus Filipe, Palmeiras have opened direct talks with Richarlison over a deal to sign him this summer. The pursuit is being spearheaded by club president Leila Pereira, who is personally leading negotiations. The Brazilian club are aware that Spurs want £55m.
