Norwich academy graduate Rowe, who helped the Young Lions to European Championship glory in 2025, only moved to France last summer. A permanent deal has been wrapped up on the back of an initial loan.

Marseille are, however, reportedly open to offers after completing a purchase obligation. Rowe took in 30 appearances for Marseille across all competitions last season, scoring three goals and registering four assists.
